The hotel beautifully combines the past and present, with its restored 18th century Manor House, Grade II English Heritage conservatory and converted stable barn. This stylish Cheshire wedding venue is also set in twelve acres of exquisite landscaped gardens, and the Victorian walled garden and unique restored ha-ha wall make the perfect backdrop for stunning wedding photographs. When the sun is setting, we can even arrange a little intimate evening shoot where the couple sneak off for some atmospheric photographs by the ha-ha wall or next to the picturesque fountain.
I feel very lucky to have been given the chance to shoot weddings at The Double Tree Chester and this beautiful Cheshire venue never fails to provide me with the perfect setting for stunning wedding photography. The Abbey Suite is a converted stable barn with original beams, natural Cheshire brick, and its own private garden. It provides an idyllic setting for your ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception, and is a fantastic backdrop for memorable wedding photography. The Heritage Conservatory is also an unforgettable setting: it is a Grade II English Heritage listed conservatory and is the perfect place to capture confetti shots! This striking and romantic glass orangery is also ideal for post-ceremony drinks and relaxed shots of your guests mingling.
